Preschool Summer Classes

Playgroup: Play, Music, and Art
This summer program gives children, ages 4-5, a chance to learn through play, stories, music, and art. Trying out new and creative activities while socializing with other children and adults other than their parents and caregivers will help them get ready for kindergarten.

Transition Classes for Kinder to Grade 1
Get your child ready for grade school through writing and reading practice, learning routines, introduction to math, science, and the arts.

High School Academic Summer Classes

Bridge Program: Social Studies & Creative Writing
Storytelling is a tradition that dates back to ancient times, preserving human history and recounting tales of adventure to inspire a new generation of heroes. This integrated class will help students write, look into the past, and put their own “history” to share for others to read!

Bridge Program: Basic Math Bootcamp
A review and practice of mastering math fundamentals and how it will be applied to high school math.

Transition Classes for Grades 6-7
Have an early start preparing for high school! We'll practice your child's reading, writing, and math skills with an individualized approach to help ease them into a new grade level.

An integrated AP, Filipino, and Home Economics workshop that introduces students to our Filipino culture and language in a fun and delicious way!

Reading, Writing, Spelling Tutorials for Grade 1-3
Develop your child’s love of reading by equipping them with a strong reading foundation. This workshop aims to teach early reading, spelling, comprehension, and writing skills.

Is your child scared of math? This workshop is designed to enhance your child’s basic math skills in a safe, unhurried, and relaxed environment.

Tabletop Game Design (For Grade 6-10)
Play to learn and learn to play! Using tabletop games as a medium, participants will be able to learn basic game design concepts that can help them create enjoyable experiences for everybody! By the end of this workshop series, participants will have produced game prototypes for playtesting and get a glimpse into the local game design industry.

Ukulele basics
Learn how to sing and play your favorite songs! Anyone can play music, if you pour a little love into it. All you need is a notebook, a ukulele, and your playlist!

Zumba Dance (For 6 year olds to adults)
If you want to dance, game! Bring your water, towel, and sneakers to our dance-exercise sessions- no skills required, just your enthusiasm! Parents are highly encouraged to join with their kids!

Lifeskills for SPED
Independence and basic academic skills are the foundation for students to persist in school. This class will help your child develop the necessary skills and experience to try new things in a safe environment.
